Terms of Use
Last updated: May 7, 2026
These Terms govern your use of TrailGlyph and the TrailGlyph public web pages. By using TrailGlyph, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
TrailGlyph Service
TrailGlyph helps you design, follow, save, export, and share GPS art routes for running and walking. The app is a creative route-design and activity companion. It is not an emergency service, medical device, professional coaching service, or guaranteed navigation system.
Safety
You are responsible for your surroundings, route choices, traffic laws, private property boundaries, local rules, weather, health, and physical ability. Do not follow a route where it would be unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate to do so. Stop using the app if it distracts you from moving safely.
Accounts and Anonymous Use
TrailGlyph does not require account registration. Some features use an anonymous device-side ID to associate routes, quotas, analytics, and subscription state with the app installation. You are responsible for activity that occurs from your device.
Routes and Shared Content
When you save or share a route, you give TrailGlyph permission to host, process, display, and make that route available in app views and public share pages so the product can function. You should only save routes you have the right to share and that do not expose private, sensitive, unlawful, or unsafe information.
Free Usage and TrailGlyph Pro
TrailGlyph may offer a free monthly allowance for selected features, including route creation, route favorites, template use, and GPX export. TrailGlyph Pro removes those monthly limits while your subscription is active. Feature availability, quotas, and subscription benefits may evolve over time, but changes will be reflected in the app experience.
Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
TrailGlyph Pro is sold as an auto-renewable in-app subscription through the App Store where available. The app displays available plans, prices, trial eligibility, and renewal details before purchase. Your purchase is completed through the App Store purchase sheet.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store subscription settings before the end of the current billing period. Free trials, if offered and accepted, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Refund requests and billing issues are handled under App Store policies.
Restore Purchases uses RevenueCat and App Store purchase records to restore active TrailGlyph Pro access for the same store account where supported.
Third-Party Services
TrailGlyph uses third-party services including Apple, RevenueCat, Mapbox, Mixpanel, and Cloudflare. Your use of TrailGlyph may also be subject to their applicable terms and platform rules.
Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded TrailGlyph from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom App Store license agreement is provided for TrailGlyph in App Store Connect. You can review Apple's standard agreement at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Changes and Availability
TrailGlyph may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to keep paid subscription benefits clear before purchase and available to active subscribers, subject to platform rules, technical limitations, and applicable law.
